Military Families are a Unique Breed

Mediation Gives You The Power to Decide

Divorce and Custody Mediation

What is Mediation? Mediation is about engaging in an act of resolution. There are many different cases that can be resolved through meditation. My practice will focus on military families. As a Marine spouse and Navy daughter I am familiar with the unique challenges that the military member & the civilian face. I am aware that military families require different accommodations to formulate cohesive long term family care plans. I will strive to facilitate a calm environment that is conducive to reaching a settlement between both parties. I will remain unbiased and I will encourage communication and cooperation throughout the mediation process. -Laura Russoniello, Chief Mediator
